RIVERS RISE AND FALL (7 Days/6 Nights)
Victoria Falls, Chobe, Okavango Delta
This six night tour offers an excellent range of activities and safari
experiences, centered around some of Africa's most important waterways.
Spend two nights at Victoria Falls, known to the local people as Mosi
Oa Tunya - 'the smoke that thunders'. Enjoy a tour of the falls, an
African dancing display, and a cruise along the Zambezi at sunset.
Next, it's a short journey west for two nights at Chobe in Botswana.
Chobe is one of Africa's great wildlife reserves, home to thousands
of elephants that are attracted to the Chobe River each evening. Activities
include excellent birding and game viewing bysafari vehicle
and small river craft. Finally, spend two nights at either Sandibe
or Nxabega in the heart of the Okavango Delta. Here you can pass the
time exploring the Okavango by canoe and small river craft, bird-watching,
fishing or taking nature walks accompanied by professional guides.
