 BOOKING INFORMATION


Prices:
The cost per person is based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified. All tour costs are based upon the specified services in your itinerary as per the "Cost Includes" section.

Deposits & Payments:
A deposit of $1,000 per person is required in order to confirm all services. Final payment is due 60 days prior to international departure. Payment may be made by personal check, travel agency check, or credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card).

Refunds:
Deposits are refundable less a $400 per person service fee until 60 days prior to the scheduled tour departure. Within 60 days of departure, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full tour price:
  • Between 46-60 days of scheduled tour departure=25% penalty.
  • Between 31-45 days of scheduled tour departure=50% penalty.
  • 30 days or less of scheduled tour departure=100% penalty.
  • Penalties and fees imposed by our associates will be deducted from the above refunds.
Visas:
Most of our tours include visa authorization and processing fees. In some countries visas are obtained upon arrival, in which case the fee cannot be pre-paid, and you will be required to pay it directly once you arrive in that country. This is occasionally in addition to a visa authorization fee, which is included in your tour cost. Visa applications will be provided upon receipt of deposit and will be processed following full payment. Passports must be valid for 6 months following date of entry.

Insurance:
Cancellation and other travel-related insurance packages are strongly recommended. Our preferred travel insurance company is CSA Travel Protection. For further information about their insurance options, please contact them directly at , or refer to their web site: www.csatravelprotection.com. Please refer to booking code when purchasing insurance packages, or making any subsequent claims. Note: Insurance packages that cover pre-existing conditions must be purchased within 7 days of making your initial trip deposit. Some insurance coverage must be purchased within a limited time after payment. Please review insurance policies prior to final payment.

Global Cell Phone Rental:
For your convenience, we have partnered with Rent Express, a provider of ready-to-use, international mobile phones and coverage around the globe on the extensive GSM network alliance. For detailed information, please refer to the Rent Express website: www.rentexpress.com, or call Customer Care toll-free at . Absolute Asia, Absolute Africa, and Absolute South Pacific clients receive a 10% discount on phone rental fees.

Terms & Conditions:
A complete tour contract will be forwarded to each participant of the tour. The contract outlines all of the terms and conditions pertaining to this booking, and must be signed and returned to our office prior to the tour departure. All services and prices are subject to change without notice.

Documents:
Following full payment, your final travel documents will be forwarded to you at a maximum of two weeks prior to your departure from the U.S.
