Spend nine days exploring the highlights of Kenya. Start with two nights in Nairobi to rest after your journey, and visit the city's fine museums, including the superb National Museum. Fly to Samburu, one of Kenya's greatest parks that is particularly famed for its leopards. Set amidst the arid lowlands under Mt Kenya, the park's Ewaso Nyiro River nourishes a wealth of wildlife. Spend three nights at Samburu, exploring its tranquil beauty. Next, fly to Maasai Mara for three nights at Kichwa Tembo. Maasai Mara is world famous for the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra, and for the rich, unique culture of the Maasai people who have grazed their precious cattle amidst the wildlife of the region for centuries. Spend three nights here, exploring the reserve on game drives and guided walks. Return to Nairobi for your international departure, or for a flight to Kenya's sublime coast.
